Each line says how we know it. This page is deliberately short: nobody from ditzl has spoken to the owner yet.
Coffee, whole milk, cinnamon. Three things.
Attested by Tom, 3 September 2026, who drank it. His note: no syrup, no foam sculpture doing work the drink can't do on its own — though the leaf on top was good enough that he looked at it for a second before wrecking it.
Cinnamon shows up in Albuquerque coffee the way it doesn't elsewhere — not a flavour added on top, but part of the base assumption of what coffee is.
Tom's own observation after drinking coffee across this city for a while. It is an impression, offered as one, and it is the reason this page exists at all.
There is no rating on this page, and there will not be one.
Tom's standing position: once you've sat down in enough of these places, ranking them is splitting hairs. A record is not advice.
The only web presence we can find is facebook.com/thebrewabq.
Observed from the business listing, 3 September 2026. This is the ordinary case in this city, not an exception — real places renting their presence from platforms that own it and can remove it.
Who owns it, when it opened, who roasts the beans, whether the recipes are family ones.
Recorded as unknown, deliberately. None of it is observed, and inventing an origin story is the exact failure this platform exists to prevent. These stay blank until somebody at The Brew fills them in.
Photographed on site, 3 September 2026. Nobody is pictured.
